If you’re unable to attend a session you’ve pre-registered for, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance — or failure to attend without canceling — will result in a $45 fee. What should I wear and bring?
Dress in comfortable, form-fitting attire that allows for free movement—think leggings, workout tops, or whatever suits your style. Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio. We recommend bringing a water bottle, which you can conveniently refill at our filtered water station. Towels are available upon request.
